Being involved with meat his whole life, Robert joined the Top Cut Foods group, in 2002, after leaving the family run butchery in the UK. Passionate about meat and introducing customers to a well-rounded view of meat concepts, Robert naturally transitioned his hard work into acquiring Top Cut Foods and making it 100% Australian family owned and operated. Robert has over 30 years’ experience in the meat and foodservice industries, bringing a wealth of knowledge and strong customer relationships that have been fostered over time
Robert is a Master of Butchery, and his favourite meat meal isSmoked Brisket, which he travelled to Texas to learn.
Stacey has 30 years’ experience in FMCG industries including operations, food service, and supply chain, with 16 of those yearsin management roles, working closely with site teams on compliance, performance targets and system reporting.
Stacey has worked at Top Cut Foods for more than 7 years, in her current role of General Managerwhich she was appointed to in 2021, she overseesour national footprintand works closely with key stakeholders to drive quality, customer service, change and efficiency.
Stacey holds aMasters in Employment Relations, Diploma in HR, a Post Graduate qualification in Employment Law, Rehabilitation and Return to Work qualifications, Cert IV in Safety and is currently undertaking an apprenticeship in Cert III Meat Processing (Retail Butcher).
Stacey’s favourite meat meal is Pork Belly Fingers.
Charles spent over 16 years within the Top Cut Foods group fulfilling a number of financial roles. Having qualified as an Australian & South African Chartered Accountant back in 1990 his focus has been within the manufacturing industry which continues to evolve in response to ongoing local and global challenges.
Each day Charles looks forward to working with the finance team whilst they engage with all key internal and external stakeholders in providing timely, meaningful, accurate and relevant financial information.
Charles holds qualifications in B. Com (Honours), CA(SA), ICAA.
