Trades Assistant/ Labourer

This is a hands-on role and is vital to supporting our operations team within good conditions, working closely on our equipment, vehicles, and yard maintenance. The successful candidate will contribute across a wide range of tasks, helping maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with machinery breakdowns and motor repairs.
- Operate forklifts, a range of power tools.
- Perform general yard duties.
- Support workshop maintenance as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and always adhere to company OHS procedures and policies.
About You
- Hold a current Forklift license.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
- Possess solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team.
- Willingness to learn and take on a wide variety of tasks â full training provided.
