Ideal candidates will be physically fit and able to lift 15-20kg continuously, comfortable working in a cold environment and able to maintain consistent attendance. Meat industry knowledge and previous knife hand experience is an advantage.All candidates must be self-motivated, enjoy working in a team environment and have a reliable form of transport.
