The Position
Due to recent growth and immense future potential at our Currumbin site we are looking to advance a Butcher looking to take the next step to assist our team manage the production operations.
We are looking for an effective leader who is hands âon, experienced as a Butchery professional, who can mentor and coach their staff.
Responsibilities of the role are:
- Manage production operation of a small team
- Apply lean manufacturing processes for continuous improvement
- Provide leadership to production team to achieve targets
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with the wider business in logistics, Sales for business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage your time and complete task
- HACCP ideal and understand safe food handling skills.
To be successful in this role you will have a trade qualification as a Butcher, can supervise a manufacturing environment.
